2:00 PM: Check-in at Mitchelton Winery (luxury room to yourself, of course!)
3:00 PM: Welcome and Intro Session – Laying the foundation to reconnect with your purpose. Start digging deep into Module 01: Find Your Purpose – the journey to discovering your true identity and realigning your brand with your purpose.
6:00 PM: Trail Walk to clear your mind and reset for the work ahead. Nature works wonders, trust me.

Do I need to have a business already to join?
No, you don’t need to have a business yet, but you do need to be ready to explore who you are and what you truly want to create. This retreat is for anyone looking to reconnect with their purpose, find their authentic voice, and develop a personal brand that truly reflects who they are – whether you’re a founder, a creator, or simply ready for a personal shift.
What happens if I can’t attend the retreat?
We understand that sometimes life happens, but please note this retreat is live and in-person, and we cannot offer remote participation. If you’re unable to attend, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds. However, you can transfer your spot to someone else up to 16 days before the retreat. After that, the retreat fee is non-refundable, as we’re securing the venue, accommodations, and resources specifically for you.
Will there be an opportunity to ask questions during the retreat?
Absolutely! Each day will include live Q&A time, where you’ll be able to ask any questions you have about the material, your brand, or anything else. We also have a private community (via Instagram or WhatsApp), where you can continue to share, connect, and receive feedback from both Jade and the other participants throughout the retreat.
What’s the time commitment for this retreat?
The retreat runs from Wednesday afternoon to Friday afternoon. Each day will include 3-6 hours of structured time, including workshops, trail walks, and group activities. The rest of your time is for personal reflection, creative exploration, and connecting with others. It’s a balance of immersive learning and nourishing downtime.
What tools will I receive?
You’ll receive workbooks, templates, and guides that are designed to help you implement the strategies and frameworks covered in each session. These resources will help you develop actionable steps for building your brand, along with exercises to help you clarify your message and amplify your presence in the world.
Can I apply if I’m not a female founder?
Absolutely! While we focus on female founders, this retreat is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, non-binary, or LGBTQ+. This space is for creative entrepreneurs, visionaries, and those ready to build an authentic brand—no matter your gender. If you’re ready to explore who you are, refine your message, and step into your full potential, we’d love to have you.
Is there any 1:1 coaching in this retreat?
This retreat isn’t designed for 1:1 coaching, but you will have live feedback and Q&A during each session. You’ll also have access to the private community for ongoing support and connection with Jade and fellow participants for up to a month after the retreat. It’s a supportive group environment where everyone’s journey is valued and heard.
