Comme des Garcons Pocket Store Opening

Only five days to go until the COMME des GARCONS POCKET store opening event!! Yep, that’s right. We’ve been busy working on the first stand-alone COMME des GARCONS store to open in Australia.

Melbourne’s fashion community will gather at POCKET, the pop-up store from international fashion brand COMME des GARCONS. It’s where shoppers will find a cool clutch of accessories, wallets and trademark PLAY collection goods.

The concept, by the iconic Japanese brand with Rei Kawakybo at the helm, revolves around a compact 30 square-metre ‘neighbourhood store’ stocking an edit of COMME des GARCONS PLAY favourites. The no-fuss space is an updated take on the classic store fit-out; debunking tradition and reflecting what the brand is all about.
